Battery Lookup primarily ships from our location in KY but from time to time we will utilize third party facilities in NV, TX, GA, and FL.

Most days Battery Lookup is able to get orders out the door the same day or by the following morning. In rare circumstances, when we need to utilize a third party, an order may take an extra day or two to process.

Not at all! The average delivery time for single item orders placed with Battery Lookup is between 2 and 3 days. At Battery Lookup, FREE does not mean slow service like some of the big super saver companies.

Yes! If you need to ensure your item is delivered on a certain day then you can choose UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air options. These options are not free, but will guarantee delivery.

Battery Lookup handles all warranties in house. Simply give as a call or email to get the process started.

In most cases, the answer is NO. We try to bridge the gap between Battery Lookup and our customers to make the processing of warranted batteries quick and as painless as possible. To do this we need to rely on you the customer to supply some information about the condition of the battery and the application it was used in. If you are unwilling or uncomfortable doing this, then that is when we would require the battery back to complete the necessary paperwork on our end.

The only thing we need back is information and the top plastic battery plate.

Yes, as long as we can determine the battery qualifies for a warranty. Battery Lookup will keep a record of your sale should you find yourself in such a predicament.

In most cases, yes there will be shipping and handling charges to get a replacement battery out to the customer. The new battery itself will be FREE and the current S∓H fee is $15.95 per battery. Some manufactures, such as Moto Classic, cover the shipping fee on your behalf.

Battery Lookup offers a 30 day return option starting from the date of purchase, not to be confused with the receipt of product date. You need a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

No. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product returned to Battery Lookup without a RMA number becomes the property of Battery Lookup and Battery Lookup is not obligated to provide a full or partial refund or replacement item.

Battery Lookup will begin processing returned goods within 72 business hours of arriving in our facility. If no testing is required your refund will be initiated immediately, however your credit card company could take 4-5 days before posting the credit on your account.

When a battery comes back for testing it can take several weeks to discover what, if anything is malfunctioning. In most cases it only takes but a moment or perhaps a day or so to determine what is going on inside the battery. But sometimes the issue is masked and is not so obvious. We do everything possible to replicate what the customer indicated was occurring.

Our carrier of choice is the United States Postal Service (USPS) followed by United Parcel Service (UPS). If a provided address does not validate in our system for USPS we may call and or email you to verify if you have a different delivery address, perhaps a PO Box for your mail delivery. Sometimes the reverse is true. We are provided only a PO Box and the particular item(s) are too big to ship to such an address and we need to get a physical address for UPS delivery. Typically, packages will arrive to you faster and cost us less when we use USPS over other carriers. So it is a win-win for everyone.

Battery Lookup receives container loads of batteries and cannot test every individual one. We do however, upon arrival, test several cartons from each shipment and then periodically open random cartons for testing over the ensuing weeks. We will also have days where we take a few extra hours and test individual orders as they ship, but this does not happen every day as it drastically slows down processing. Our goal is to find a happy balance between ensuring quality and integrity of the product and fast reliable service.

If you did not receive an email from us within the first minute of placing your order and have not received a tracking email then one of two things is possible. First, our email could be going to your spam or junk mail folder. Second, you (or a Battery Lookup phone representative) may have miss-typed your email address when entering your order. Just give us a call and we can verify the email address on file and provide an update on your order status.
