Battery Lookup is committed to fast processing and fast delivery of your product. When an item is in stock and shipped from our warehouse we will have it processed the same business day when the order is received by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Our free shipping offer is just as fast! Nearly three quarters of our shipments will be delivered to your door in 2 days, one fifth will arrive in three days and the remaining 5% will arrive in 4 or 5 business days.

You read that correctly! We offer FREE shipping on every order and over 90% will be delivered in three days or less!

Obviously we cannot guarantee delivery times when the free shipping option is selected, so if you require a battery by a certain date please choose one of the expedited guaranteed delivery options provided by UPS. You are welcome to check with us regarding estimated delivery times for the free shipping offer and we will give you our best estimate based on the data we are provided, but we cannot guarantee this time frame. You would have to roll the dice on whether 75% or 90% certainty and saving say $50-$100 in shipping fees is worth the risk of being a day later than your expected “must have” date.

Carriers - United States Postal Service (USPS)

The primary carrier Battery Lookup will use is the United States Postal Service and their Priority Mail program. This service allows us to provide same day tracking and 2-3 day delivery anywhere in the lower 48 states. Best of all, they will deliver on Saturday as well as the normal Monday-Friday work week. However, they do not deliver on all the calendar USA holidays.

In some cases we can have an item sent to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico be delivered within the same time frame inclusive of the FREE shipping offer. But this is not always possible and is not guaranteed. We do our best to accurately reflect what will ship for free in the checkout, but occasionally get a product listed as free shipping to a non-lower-48 zip code that cannot ship for free to such a location. In these incidences the free shipping offer cannot be honored, but Battery Lookup will try and work with you to provide discounted shipping.

USPS Priority Mail Delivery Example

• Order placed before 3PM EST Wednesday will have its label created and be picked up on Wednesday for delivery on Friday or Saturday: 2-3 Physical Days.
• Order placed before 3PM EST on Friday will have its label created and be picked up on Friday for delivery on Monday or Tuesday: 3-4 Physical Days.
• Order placed after 3PM EST on Friday will have its label created and be picked up on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday: 5-6 Physical Days.
